· Adjustable coating thickness range: 0.01 ~ 3.5 mm, with an adjustment accuracy of 0.02 mm, meeting experimental requirements for ultra-thin to thick film coating.
· Maximum effective coating width reaches 100 mm, compatible with copper foils, aluminum foils and electrode sheets of common sizes for laboratory tests.
· Adopts forced hot air circulation drying system to realize homogeneous heating, effectively preventing coating cracking and material deterioration caused by local overheating.
· Digital temperature control system, adjustable from room temperature up to 150°C, with a high temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It satisfies the drying process requirements of different slurries and coating materials.
· The heating platform is designed with optimized heat distribution, ensuring even temperature across the substrate and consistent drying effect.
· Built-in aluminum vacuum adsorption platform features light weight and good thermal conductivity. It can firmly hold substrates while facilitating heat transfer.
· Copper foils, aluminum foils and electrode sheets can be loaded and unloaded quickly without complex fixtures. The vacuum adsorption keeps substrates flat and fixed without displacement, wrinkles or warping during operation.
· Matched with an oil-free vacuum pump to provide stable vacuum suction, suitable for ultra-thin flexible substrates as well.
· Coating speed is digitally adjustable within 0 ~ 100 mm/s. Users can flexibly set the speed according to slurry viscosity, coating thickness and process requirements.
· Designed with a removable cover, which brings great convenience for daily operation, equipment cleaning and routine maintenance. Users can choose to work with or without the cover as needed.
· Built-in UV lamp module supports UV curing processes for special coatings, greatly expanding the application scope of the equipment.
